LODGING POLICIES |

BREAKFAST: A full breakfast, cooked-to-order from our menu is provided on weekends, holidays, summers, and school vacations. A continental breakfast is provided during the week, including coffee, tea, milk, juice, breads, cereal, and fruit. A toaster oven, microwave, and a guest refrigerator/freezer are located in the formal dining room for your convenience. |
RESERVATION POLICIES: A credit card is required to hold a reservation. All reservations must be paid in full at check-in. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Traveler's Checks, and cash accepted for payment. No personal checks please. |
CANCELLATION POLICIES: Reservations canceled 14 days in advance will be refunded, less a $25/room handling fee. Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to the reservation will not be refunded, unless the room can be rebooked. A $25 handling fee will be charged. |

| GUEST POLICIES |

GUESTS: Adult guests, ages 18 and over are welcome to stay. PETS: No pets are allowed. We have a friendly yellow lab puppy and a cat. SMOKING: No smoking is allowed inside our home. A fire alarm system is installed throughout our home for the safety of all guests. Smoking is allowed outside. CHECK-IN: Check-in time is between 4 - 6 pm. Later arrivals must give prior notification. CHECK-OUT TIME: Guests must check out by 11 am. Room keys must be returned at check-out time, or a fee of $ 25 will be charged to your credit card. PARKING: Guests are allowed one parking place per room. Off-street parking is provided in our driveway. |
